Chef Len was born in Newark, NJ and was raised in AZ where he started to develop a passion for cooking. Graduating from Le Cordon Blue in 2015. Chef Len's career started as a dishwasher/ prep cook for Helen's Catering and Restaurant. Len expanded his knowledge in the industry when he was blessed with an opportunity to be mentored by Chef
Chef Len was born in Newark, NJ and was raised in AZ where he started to develop a passion for cooking. Graduating from Le Cordon Blue in 2015. Chef Len's career started as a dishwasher/ prep cook for Helen's Catering and Restaurant. Len expanded his knowledge in the industry when he was blessed with an opportunity to be mentored by Chef Jordi Cruz, in his 3 Michelin Star restaurant ABac located in Barcelona, Spain. After returning back to Arizona, Len ventured off and continued to grow his knowledge with The Melting Pot, Salt River Fields, Zinc Bistro and Cooking from Roots. In 2018 under the guidance of Chef Nick, Len was part of the opening team at Oak & Fork at Harrah's Ak-Chin. After succeeding and winning the 2nd best specialty restaurant for 2 consecutive years in all Caesars Entertainment Properties and Casinos. In 2020 Chef Chris took Len under his wing and together opened up Roots Eatery with Len as his Sous Chef. After almost 2 years of learning, fun and winning multiple Iron Chef's among the team and as well as winning Creme De La Copa 2021: Overall New Business. Best Chicken and Best Dinner awards. Chef Len has taken the opportunity to venture off and start a new chapter in his life to open Sario's Cuisine LLC.

Born and raised in Portoviejo, Ecuador. Rosario was blessed with the opportunity to follow the American Dream and moved to Newark NJ in 1994. In 1995, Rosario was blessed again and gave birth to her only son; Lenin B Mejia. After a few years in Newark, NJ, Rosario, her husband Lenin and her son Len took an opportunity and moved to Arizon

After a few years in Newark, NJ, Rosario, her husband Lenin and her son Len took an opportunity and moved to Arizona in 1999. In 2003, after a few years living in Ahwatukee, the Mejia/ Alvarado family moved to Maricopa AZ. The following year Rosario saw and took the opportunity to start her own business; R&L Housekeeping. After 18 years of hard work, building customer service, and reputation, Rosario Alvarado has decided to take a chance and team up with her son Lenin ,a long waited dream of her, to open Sario’s Cuisine. To share her long lost passion of cooking to the city of Maricopa and surrounding cities.
